Gauge (Thickness) of the fabric
We use four thickness gauges for garments. Measured on a scale of 1 to 5 , with 5 being the thickest.

Heavy and thick fabric, perfect for covering cellulite and the abdomen. We do NOT recommend using push-up garments of this size for leg workouts or squats at the gym. It can be worn in a cold-weather gym for arm days or other exercises that don't put stress on the push-up seam, or as casual wear in spring or cold weather. |

Thick fabric, with a lot of stretch, but not too heavy, ideal for covering cellulite and staying fresh, ideal for spending all day with the set on. It can be used for leg work and squats without any problem. The style of the sets in this caliber are more casual than sporty. |

Medium-weight fabric, ideal for a coffee or a casual look, easy to combine with other wardrobe accessories like hoodies. It covers cellulite. The fabric is very soft to the touch; outfits in this size have a very versatile casual style, both for the gym and for daily activities that don't involve exercise. |

Microfiber fabric, very soft touch fits the body like a glove, extracts sweat from your body during the physical activity and keeps you cool . Covers cellulite. The style of these sets is more Sporty, and the fabric's stretch allows for leg workouts and squats without a problem. It's not see-through, but requires light underwear. |
